Praise Jeong is a certified ๐†๐˜๐‘๐Ž๐“๐Ž๐๐ˆ๐‚ยฎ trainer with a deep passion for human health and well-aging. She holds a bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Biology and a masterโ€™s degree in Biomedical Sciences, providing her with a strong foundation in understanding how the body functions, heals, and maintains vitality over time. Having explored various forms of fitnessโ€”including Pilates, yoga, and kickboxingโ€”she continually sought a movement method that was both effective and sustainable, one she could practice and share throughout a lifetime.

Her search led her to ๐†๐˜๐‘๐Ž๐“๐Ž๐๐ˆ๐‚ยฎ , a system of fluid, three-dimensional movements designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and joint mobility while feeling restorative and therapeutic. Praise has trained under a range of highly respected Master Trainers, completing her pre-training with Shannon Bynum Adams, foundation training with Alicia Rypma, apprentice review with Tamara Yoneda, and final review with Kathy Van Patten. Learning from such diverse instructors has shaped her ability to combine precision, creativity, and care to meet each clientโ€™s individual needs.

Beyond movement, Praise finds inspiration in creative expression through paper crafts and preserved flowers, reflecting her belief in finding beauty and balance in both body and life. She brings this philosophy into every ๐†๐˜๐‘๐Ž๐“๐Ž๐๐ˆ๐‚ยฎ sessionโ€”helping clients move with ease, restore vitality, and embrace a lifestyle that supports graceful aging. Praise teaches in both Korean and English, making her classes welcoming and accessible to a diverse community of movers.
