Course structure
Advanced Movement Principles is designed as a blended course with theoretical material including anatomy, movement principles and information on pathologies delivered in video format and practical information including assessment, observation, exercises, and program design delivered in person. The video courses are designed to prepare students for the in-person classes by providing essential background information. They are organized in short (10 – 40 minute) segments followed by quizzes and include a detailed, downloadable PowerPoint to support your learning process. Advanced Movement Principles consists of three live courses and seven video on demand courses organized into five modules. To gain recognition as a Balanced Body Advanced Movement Practitioner all the video and in-person courses must be successfully completed along with three case studies.
